LOST ORDERS
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

If the products has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
